Welcome to my home – your gateway to experiencing Edinburgh like a true local!

Whether you're a couple, a solo adventurer, or travelling for business, my flat offers a comfortable and authentic base for your stay.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the flat is just a 2-minute walk from the lively Leith Walk, where you'll find a vibrant mix of independent cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops. The historic Old Town and elegant New Town are both within a 20-minute walk, making it easy to explore Edinburgh’s rich heritage and culture on foot.

The property is NOT suitable for children or infants, and, please note that, in accordance with my Edinburgh Council License (EH-71090-F), can ONLY accommodate a maximum of two guests.
