There was a walking trail connected to the hotel which was very nice and scenic. Pool was a bit smaller than usual but the kids enjoyed it nonetheless. Workout room was sufficient. Layout of the actual hotel room was large enough for my family of 6. We would definitely stay here again as a family.

This is one of our favorite SpringHill Suites! Everyone is so friendly and it’s a very convenient location at a great price. We always stay here when visiting our son at UWEC!

The hotel and staff do almost everything right. But the sheets are scratchy and the sofa bed is hard as a rock. The oatmeal cauldron is lined with a plastic bag. I love oatmeal but I won’t eat food cooked or warmed in plastic. How hard is it to clean a pot, really

Hotel was very nice but the bed sheets were very scatchy and the worst part is the air conditioning only went down to 66 and as someone that needs it cold to sleep I had a very hard time sleeping .Food options were excellent.

Too hot for me

The new hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and I loved closet space. At the time of our stsy there were storms and the heat index was high. Our tv didnt work. Assuming satellite and it was the weather. The biggest problem and reason I will never stay there again is the room temperature. Being an eco-friendly hotel, the air in room only stayed on due to movement. As soon as we went to bed, it got so hot in the room. This is huge and important to me as an amenity. I didn’t get a good night sleep because the room was too hot.
