College move in

This is my third time staying . The shower had a kid sticker stuck on the wall so that made me feel it was clean. The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty had a few spots on it. I always bring my own shower gel because the dove soap bottle was empty. I booked this hotel two weeks out . I was quoted one price when i booked it and the day before I checked in I received a call that i was quoted the wrong price. And would be charged a few more dollars. I kept the reservation because i moved my college student into the dorms.

It was wonderful after a long day on our feet to get back to the hotel and actually use the hot tub. The pool/hot tub are open until 11pm. The hotel and room were very up to date and clean.

The property was bright and clean. From the outside - in, it was apparent the staff went to great lengths to ensure the hotel was clean and well cared for. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of 4 and I like that the room we had had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Everything about this property was fantastic! However, by using EXPEDIA to book, was a daunting experience. They charged me $84 extra for booking through them. I was hurt to learn that booking through a third party is not necessarily beneficial. They did not return my money, apologize or offer any type of compensation. Truly against an human morals.
