Not quite up to Hilton standards. Room was spacious, little kitchen was great, bathroom wasn't spotless, missing box of tissues, enough soap. Be prepared to walk long hallway to get to room, as elevator is next to the entrance, stairs at the other end of hallway. Ice machines were out of service on all floors except 1st. Pool was closed. Breakfast ends at 9:30, clean up starts at 9:25, some items not available when we arrived at 9am, picked over at 9:15. No variety from day to day, no trays available, so lots of walking back and forth to table, almost impossible to carry to room on heavy plates. No variety for our 5-day stay. Nice to use washable plates, etc. Staff was friendly and most tried to be helpful, but sometimes said: "I wasn't aware of that." Rather than trying to be helpful like Hilton staff usually are. Hilton says it matters where you stay, implying higher quality. If you are looking for Hilton standards, find another Hilton property.

Room was spotless! What stood out to me was when I got to my room the guests above me may have been wrestling and/or running around their room with heavy feet. After about 20 minutes of hearing this I received a text from Logan, the gentleman who checked me in. I responded telling him about the noise above or else I would need a different room. He immediately went upstairs and ask the guests above me to quiet down a bit. They must have left for the evening because it stopped. Logan than texted me letting me know he went to the room to talk to the people and then told me to contact him again if I heard loud noises coming from the room upstairs! Customer service at it's best!!! Thank YOU Logan!!!

Here’s a polished and professional version of your review: Beautiful hotel! Our suite was spotless and included a full kitchen, which made the stay even better. The price was amazing for the level of luxury we received. Breakfast was delicious as well. The pool wasn’t working during our visit, but everything else was truly excellent. Highly recommend!

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of green space and pet pick up stations. My only complaint was the breakfast options and service. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30. We got there at 8:50. Almost everything was out and when we asked if they’d be refilling some items, the staff was rude and bluntly said no breakfast ends at 9:30. It was 8:50 so 40 minutes before it ended. We left with no breakfast. I would stay again but plan to bring my own breakfast.

Hotel was great but the AC unit in room was not working properly. Staff was unable to reach a manager/maintenance staff and there were no other rooms available. We had to move to another hotel which was very inconvenient. This problem should have been addressed by an on site manager.
