Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent. The view was beautiful too!

Front lobby was clean, nice atmosphere. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, spacious. Many TV channels to choose from. What was problematic was that for such a large property, they only have 1 soda machine on the first floor, It was broken. It wouldn’t release the soda I chose. But it correctly gave me my change from the purchase… 8 dollars, all in quarters (32 quarters!). The front desk did suggest I could still buy potato chips, too bad I’d you wanted anything to drink. And for such a large property, they only have 2 luggage carts.

The price was good and I suppose the room was fine. Good amenities in the suite for the price. But the TV in the living room area did not work, the shower curtain was bent and the tub did not drain very well. For a 24 hour stay it was fine, but don't expect a 5 star room.
