Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent. The view was beautiful too!

Excellent all aspects. Only thing the jets in the whorl pool not working. No big deal for me. I am 74 yrs old wish I could find an apartment just like this. It is all I need! But at 800.00 per month.

The pool is very tiny with capacity of only 15-20 people and with that many it would be packed full. The hot tub did not work which is only big enough for maybe 5 people. Very disappointed 😞 the rooms are are small & the tv is almost on the floor to watch. Very outdated rooms. Some of the family couldn't get in their rooms & had to get front desk guy for him to slam his shoulder into door to get it open. Overall experience is we'll never be back to stay there again! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We waited at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes, not because it was busy, but because nobody was at the desk.Used the phone at desk to call them and they did not answer. Had an awful smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast was empty and not restocked often. Tv in the room was mounted 6 inches above the floor. Very odd hotel. Never could see any staff working.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility is in need of some repair work. The paint on the ceiling in my room was peeling in a couple spots. The lock on the door to the room next to mine was completely broken out. The breakfast was fine.

Receptionist was sleeping in the back when we came in. He kept telling me he couldn't find our reservation. 15 minutes of showing him my ID and booking information he finally found it and got us our room cards. The door handle to our room was falling off and we couldn't get inside. The toilet had urine on the seat. We booked a room with a king sized bed, we got a queen. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold. The bathtub wouldn't drain, unless we held the drain stopper up manually.
