Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent. The view was beautiful too!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and well furnished room. This hotel was priced $40 cheaper than surrounding hotels, so I was skeptical, but took the chance, and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very quiet and clean. Room was large with two beds a couch and a kitchenette. Staff was helpful and friendly. Best stay I’ve ever had at a Hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

Clean Comfortable Room with Friendly Service

The check-in was courteous and efficient. The suite we had was reserved was great - it was clean, maintained well and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which included hot items such as eggs, sausage and Belgian waffles and cold items such as cereal and Yogurt. We will be back.

Front lobby was clean, nice atmosphere. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, spacious. Many TV channels to choose from. What was problematic was that for such a large property, they only have 1 soda machine on the first floor, It was broken. It wouldn’t release the soda I chose. But it correctly gave me my change from the purchase… 8 dollars, all in quarters (32 quarters!). The front desk did suggest I could still buy potato chips, too bad I’d you wanted anything to drink. And for such a large property, they only have 2 luggage carts.
