Checked in at 9pm on a Saturday, got room 100, near an exit door where people smoke and loiterers hang around (refuse this room if you get it). it was dated and dirty. At about 1:30am, an insanely loud noise woke us up from a deep sleep. Asked lady at front desk to come validate the unbearable sound, she did confirm and apologize. Offered to put us in a different room or compensate us and I opted to be compensated and we packed our belongings and left. She said someone would call and it would be taken care of, but it’s now 5 days later and there has been no refund, phone call, or any attempt to correct this horrible experience. Upon leaving, there were drug users near the front lobby doors actively using. Very disappointing considering the price of the room was about $200 for the one night.
