Ac didn’t work 1/2 the time it blew warm air. Room had no fridge or microwave. Image for room showed whirl pool tub in the suite we booked but it didn’t have one. Over all was very disappointing. The hallways smelled terribly. The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud! And open inside the ceiling where it was creepy and dirty. There was 1/4 roll of tp in total in the room. Bed was comfy and newer but had no mattress cover on under the sheets. There was no coffee pot in the room. The pictures of the lobby are not of this location. The breakfast nook has a coffee machine and microwave and no ac. The meeting room shown is a gambling room now. There were many transient types with black garbage bags sitting in the entry way. Seemed like many foreign people were living in the establishment.

The place was absolutely horrible. Pink mold on the shower head, cobwebs above the bed, broken tv remote that didn’t work, the bed was damp and covered in long black hairs, and the floors were very dirty. Did not feel safe or clean here and will never stay here again. I will tell anyone who will listen how bad this experience was

The ONLY reason this is getting 2 stars is because the gentleman who checked us in was incredibly inviting and friendly. No staff around at night. Called and waited TWICE for them to get the people above us to stop stomping and running around at midnight, to no avail. Room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Floors were not vacuumed, hair in the bathroom, sink was cracked, stains on the walls and floor, cobwebs in every corner, rancid smell in the air…just gross. A/C didn’t work. Blew cold air for 15 minutes before it started blowing hot air. No secure doors, all of them were unlocked for anyone to walk in. Clearly people living there because it was constant chatter all night. The whole experience was terrible. I wish I would have done my research a little better and stayed somewhere cleaner. $30 a night?? For sure. $76 a night and even more expensive on the weekends?? Unbelievable. The place is a dump. The pictures on the site are a lie. I’m sorry it’s brutal but I’ve stayed in MANY hotels for the same price and they were multitudes better.

We gave this hotel two chances, but I will not stay here again. Both times, they assigned us a room upstairs, even though I had informed them that I needed a ground-floor room because I use a wheelchair. During our most recent visit, we stopped by before check-in to remind them of my request. However, when we returned later that night, the staff member told us there were no ground-level rooms available. He offered to help us upstairs to our room, but we explained that we could not do that, regardless of assistance. He then mentioned there was a ground-level room, but the air conditioner wasn't working. We didn't mind about the AC; we just wanted a place to sleep. He insisted that we consider the upstairs room again, but we declined. After checking his computer one last time, he found a double bed on the ground level, which we accepted since we only needed a place to rest. Unfortunately, our room was located at the back of the motel and required navigating a set of stairs, though there was a small ramp to assist me. My wheelchair barely fit on it, making it a bit scary, but thankfully I was too tired to care. The room itself was dirty and not well maintained. The bed needs to be replaced, but I believe they are planning renovations and our room is on the list. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with mobility issues.

Potential to become better over time

The room was quite clean, the bed was so comfortable that even my arthritic back was happy with it. The owner/operators were very polite and helpful. They took a $50 deposit, and I can understand why. The place looks like it’s been badly neglected for a long time; I hope it’s in the possession of a family intent on fixing it up, and if that’s the case, I can see some progress. When I arrived the place was nearly empty, and those people who were there had the look of people far, far down on their luck. The deposit makes sense in light of the sort of damaged that might happen with people struggling with many issues. I did get my deposit back, of course. The room was in decent shape, functionally. There was a strip of decorative wall-tile torn off from around the sink, there were scratches on a number of places on the paint, and several more significant gouges into the wall (see above, types of residents). I wasn’t pleased with the door lock or condition of the door itself, but had no problems with security; it just didn’t look all that sturdy. If this place was purchased recently, then it looks to me like they’re working on improving it. If it’s 2026 and someone reads this, tries the place out, and it still looks just as beat-up, that’s another matter. I wish them luck.

Never again... Walked in to other guests stating there was a "unbearable smell" in their room & would like to switch rooms. Originally worker stated he couldn't, then somehow found a room. Moving onto our room, there was dust built up on where you insert your key card, just to enter the room, so needless to say, that should have said it all... the wall as you walked in, where the sink was, unfinished with pieces of the wall punctured & peeling off the wall. The wallpaper was peeling from the ceiling and EVERY seam there was, as well as cracks throughout the walls. The headboard was cracked, sheets didn't even fit the one bed & there were stains all over the "clean" sheets. Soap scum was built up in the tub & unfortunately our 1 year old, put his fingers on the faucet for the bath & pulled out a chunk of freaking build up! The floors hadn't been cleaned in, who knows how long, as I took one of the towels with warm water to wipe the floors quickly; just to end up with a brown/ black towel. The ac/heater also needed to be turned on by an old fashioned thermostat, to which it immediately stopped working to notify us that the filter needed to be cleaned/replaced. We also had a wonderful visit from the front desk attendant starting our infant was being "too noisy" while we could hear the base from other rooms... this is the 2nd worst place I've stayed. NEVER AGAIN!!! (Was told "new housekeeper" after telling/showing the worker)
