"The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not the problem. "

"Clean, comfortable, and stylish room, friendly staff, awesome neighborhood! The nightlife outside can be loud, but the provided noise machine took care of that (earplugs are also available on request but we didn't need them). Lots of nice amenities too!"
