The lady working the gate counter in Seattle went out of her way to seat my family together. That meant a lot to me. Love the extra effort even though I only purchase “basic” tickets.

May 29, 2019

TSA was abysmal. The way they checked my bag and then didn't repack it... AND then left my dirty shoes that were in a bag on my clothes.. and there was no where for me to repack my bag... had to do it on the floor... very uncool.

Flight staff were very professional and greeted passengers as we walked in to our seats. Sometimes it’s the little things that count most.

All was good, except the wifi - I paid $6 for one hour of wifi, but the service was terrible. I had maybe 20 minutes of service. oh well!

Line to drop bags in Seattle was very long. Bags took 25 minutes to arrive at baggage claim in Austin.
