I made a reservation to stay here for 10/11 -10/12/25. When i arrived, the gentleman at the desk told me i didnt have a reservation. He was extremely rude and offered no help whatsoever. This was booked thru Expedia. Expedia called Sleep Inn to see what the problem was, as i had a confirmation email. The desk staff was rude to that rep as well. I asked to use their to double ck my confirmation. The computer didnt work. The hotel charged me even tho i couldnt stay there, as they were full that night.

The walls look like they had some blood stains on them. One of the towels look like it had blood stains on them. The luggage carriers were falling apart almost tipped over. There was an inclined to the entrance that was difficult.

Rude and rushed

The hotel staff was a bit rude and rushing us out of the room before checkout. Also didn’t speak much English so it was hard to communicate our concerns! However, it was clean and nice amenities!
