The staff are great! They helped us get tickets for experiences we wanted to do. They made changes and got us a room before check in time. They made sure we got a taxi in time to go to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern. This location is walking distance to Heuston train station and Guinness

This was the perfect place for a longer stay (or for people who prefer to make their own food for dietary or budget reasons). It was awesome to have the amenities of a hotel paired with the conveniences of being home, and the employees we encountered all gave fantastic service. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed without being in the heart of the party area, however it was a bit rough outside with homeless people hanging outside the hotel in the seating areas on the ground floor which was the only downside. I would recommend more security being employed to give a safer atmosphere and keep the outside cleaner (there was frequently garbage and pee outside), or to consider booking a stay with StayCity at one of the other locations in Dublin.

A fine stay

Staff was friendly and helpful . The room was super clean and well appointed. Very impressed with housekeeping. The biggest drawback was outside, between their buildings some rough young lads lingered and we felt unsafe to be outside at night.
