Staff were good, location is excellent. The room was way too noisy to get a good sleep. There was pipes rattling and noise of water moving throughout the night. Despite turning off the radiator.

I will first start off with all the positives. Great location. The staff were amazing. Very polite and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Rooms, hallways, lounge. The housekeeping was wonderful. The beds were made, room was tidy and the bath towels are big, which is rare. Now for the improvements. It needs upgrading. An elevator is available for some floors. Sixth floor, nope and trust me, it was extremely difficult to navigate the narrow stairs with suitcases. It was cold when we were there. Our first room had low ceilings and a window that was no bigger than your car windshield. We asked to move. They accommodated us to a sixth floor room. The room was big, high ceilings, but freezing cold. The radiator didn't work and the tiny space heater did nothing. We asked to move, again. Moved to the 3rd floor. This room was renovated. It had a double bed and a single. I understand why they do this configuration, for a family, but they would have been better off with a king bed. The double bed was against the wall and you had very little room to move between beds. You couldn't lay your luggage out the room layout was not ideal at all. The bathroom was beyond small. The sink was really a regular sink cut in half with a glass shelving unit above it. The mattresses were awful. They were lumpy and had large divots. We had a horrible sleep. We have stayed in Ireland before, so we have hotel comparisons. Check around first. Good for a one night stay.

Refurbished hotel with slanted floors and tiny bathrooms. The pictures online show the newer, larger rooms. Walked into our 6th floor walk up room and barely touched the mirror on the wall before it came down. Was hung with screws that were in large holes. It is close to the Sphere, and the bar was open late but would not recommend a stay there

We loved the location, easy to get to from the airport #16 bus but you need coins or a travel card. The room was clean soap/ shampoo provided. Our room was at the back so it was quiet from street noise but being an older building you could hear people walking around in the room above. The bed was a double and very soft! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked that it was a 10’ walk to the hustle and bustle of Temple Bar etc. we used the tram, Parnell st bakery had delicious baked goods and there was also a Tesco just a 5 min walk. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any wanting to stay in Dublin

It was a clean room when we got there. It was a little on the smaller side, but it was a great space for us being that there was only two in the room. We really loved that the kitchen was open late and that we were able to have breakfast in the morning before leaving to the airport and getting a really late bite of pizza which was extremely good and a great deal price for drinks and a pizza combo It was nice to have the bus stop to go into the city right out front which made it very convenient for traveling and some very close by walking attractions were great for nightlife

Solo traveler. Really worked for what I needed. Staff was wonderful. Was able to check my bags when I arrived early. Everything clean and updated as best a Georgian row house can be as a modern hotel. The only thing was that there was no temperature control in the rooms and it ran quite warm. I realized on my last night that I might have been able to open the windows, had that been the case it would have been perfect.
