The staff is great, wonderful customer service...but I didn't realize they don't have air conditioning....when I search hotels that's one thing I always check for must haves. So it was a bit uncongorablr a few nights as it was warmer than normal for Dublin while I was there. They did bring me a fan which was helpful. I tried the restaurant downstairs(Ruebens) and wasn't impressed with the food. I ate there twice to give it a second chance but not happy. First night lasagna and it was well over cooked and the noodles were mushy. Second try was chicken Kiev and it was really only a crusted chicken breast. Had no flavor and very dry. The Caesar side salad I had with each meal was all I ate completely. Wish they had a mini fridge or microwave in the room but its not the Hilton....its very basic. I'll finish off with something good because it was probably one of the best sleeping I've gotten on a hotel bed...so thank goodness for that.

Nothing negative to say really. Well run hotel in the suburbs of Dublin. Free wifi, free newspapers free parking and a bus stop right outside the hotel.

I had a complaint which was quickly resolved. Located only a few miles from downtown at an excellent price. Fantastic staff!

Positive experience. Hotel is good value for what you get. You'll need a car or some other form of transport as there is little of interest nearby. Bus and train options are close by. Rooms are well kitted out. Free Wifi was a bit slow. It's one area where they could improve.

The stay here was decent, it is far from the city so you will have make plans for getting around. Hotel was fair and staff was not very friendly

Hotel waived off my penalty from changing reservations due to unavoidable situation on my part. I really appreciate their faithfulness. I believe they have a good relationship with Orbitz, too.

One of the selling points for us was that this hotel was affordable and claimed to be near the center of Dublin; however, it was several miles outside the outskirts of Dublin and we spent a fortune and far too much time going back and forth. Also, while the breakfast was good, it was twice the price of any full breakfast I ate in a month's time in GB/UK.

Everything was well thought out ..close to the train station and a quick hop into Heuston station.. (downtown)

We've just had a lovely weekend in Dublin. The hotel was right beside the bus stop into town or any other locations. Quite close Liffey Valley Shopping Centre as well as the M50. Bedroom was very spacious TV stations in room weren't 100% clear, a bit fuzzy including RTE2. Breakfast was lovely on Saturday but on Sunday seemed a bit all over the place. No hash browns, different toaster. No Orange juice on Saturday but plenty on Sunday. No swimming pool/gym facilities so brought 2 kids (4/2) swimming in Energie Fitness Club across the road with my husband. That turned out to be a disaster, Lady in hotel told me it would be €6, when I went to pool, I was told the 2 year old was free but had to pay €18. I thought this was very steep as the we had to pay the same as our 4 year old. Surely there should be a discount for children or free under 5. We sorted out the price and then were told they didn't have towels. I've never been in a gym/pool that didn't provide towels.

this hotel was a little farther outside of Dublin than I thought it would be. We had an awesome view from our room and had a huge porch. we stayed on a Saturday and sunday and while the website said there was a pool and hot tub available, they are only open till 6 on weekends. Total bummer, and should've been on the website. our room had a very strong sewer smell the second day and we told the desk and they changed rooms for us. Overall a great room! and the parking was free and underground.

Dear Trevor, Thank you for taking the time to allow us some feedback following your recent stay with us. I was delighted to read from your comments that you enjoyed your stay with us. We will be upgrading all of our wifi equipment in the coming weeks and I am sure this will significantly improve the speed, we do have a very good wifi connection but we are in need of an equipment upgrade. This will be completed before the end of April. I do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hospitality again and thank you once again for your feedback. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to allow us some feedback following your recent stay with us. I am glad that you found the hotel to be decent quality. I am sorry that you did not find the public transport links useful, we do have a bus stop directly outside the hotel entrance with links to Dublin City Centre, we also have a train station located just a 2 minute walk from the hotel and the train takes just 8 minutes to Hueston Station. I do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hospitality again and thank you once again for your feedback. Regards, Andrea Wallace General Manager
