Great property
Property is pretty big, plenty of parking space. There was 12 of us including 3 kids , house is stocked with all the basics, great coffee bar. There are 3 bunk beds, I’m not sure if they are full size or queen, pretty comfy, the problem is that they aren’t anchored to the wall so they shake a lot when climbing or moving, there was 9 adults and a teenager that had to go up there and they where not comfortable with all the moving and the ladder to climb is metal as well so need shoes or something otherwise it hurts your feet. There was a smell coming out of the shower drain, we had to cover it with a towel when not in use. Other than that our stay was great!!

2 bunk bed sets pictured per room but only 1 bunk bed set in each room
1) Online looking under 'Rooms & Beds' - Bedroom 1 has a picture of 2 bunk bed sets, as does Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 - the pictures show a total of 6 bunk bed sets. However, there is just 1 bunk bed set in each of the bedrooms. So we were short 3 bunk bed sets - meaning our big college guys had to use the top bunk with little headroom.
2) The 'Here are your keys' email did not contain the code to either door. I spent 52 minutes on the phone with VRBO to contact the owner/get the code. VRBO didn't have backup instructions either.
3) Top bunks 1/2 made - 1 top bunk was dirty, found a dime under the pillow.
4) Only 2 hand towels, 1 wash cloth for 6 ppl. No extra bath towels
5) Cute, new interior/nice, kitchen bar nice & long, well-stocked too, inside fall decor with seasonal flowers in the garden, nice back porch & swings
6) Dishwasher not anchored
7) Living room seats 6 ppl fine, but not 12
