5-27-26 Breakfast was good. Plenty of 'fresh food.' The kitchen and eating areas were very clean! Suite (#921 for my wife's birthday/Mother's Day) was exquisite. However, the check-in process was substandard! My wife sat patiently as Tierra, @ the front desk, attempted to allow us to register. i called American Express several times and was told, "Your card is good." Long story short, Orbitz delayed our stay for nearly 2 (two) hours. I want Orbitz to compensate us for the delayed check-in on 5-9-26. Orbitz was the unprofessional vendor- not the hotelier.
