Remote didnt work and replacement only worked for an hour two

A little awkward to find. I drove by it the first pass. Convenient and the price was right. Clean.

I’ve stayed here many times and the experience has been good each time. It’s my go to place when I visit the Detroit area and don’t need a lot of amenities. Definitely recommend.

I stayed for the price. Air and TV worked fine. If "It Is Known For Prostitution" I didn't see one! Just my luck, can't even get lucky in a Bordello. Seriously though, the staff is nice. Black spot in the tub from a prior resident's dirty feet. Quiet. Coffee is ok. Tim Hortons is a half mile away for better coffee. I liked the location. Exit traffic is a bummer but that's because you're just off the Expressway. I stayed when I arrived in Detroit and rebooked for the night before my departure. I'd go back.

Stayed in a recently updated first floor King bed room. Very nice. Even AC unit worked well and relatively quiet. Bed was very comfortable and decent pillows. Wish there was more than just coffee in the morning though there is a McDonalds in the same entrance and a Burger King across the street. Morning traffic makes leaving the lot a challenge as it’s so close to the expressway. Have stayed many times and would stay again.

Have Stayed here before. Room was nice although dated. Fridge had no freezer and remote for tv was cumbersome to use( though I suspect it’s because of the way the provider has its programming set up ). The wall heater temp conty knob was inoperable but was able to have comfortable heat fornthe weather. Very nice for the money. Would stay again

Dirty not the cleanest tub or sink :/ Okay as an emergency stay.

I honestly don't know how this MO-tel has 3.8 stars. The hotel staff is unfriendly, there are zero amenities (not even a hair dryer in the room), the bedding is cheap and thin, and then there is this: 1. When we first arrived as I was walking up to our room I passed a woman and instantly thought - that looks like a prostitute...but I'm not one to judge so I let it go. 2. Inside the room the heater and AC unit didn't work properly. The AC wouldn't cool, but would rather only blow out air like a fan. Then we noticed it was physically cracked and broken. Upon looking closely, we saw blood stains above it on the curtains. 3. Later, we had lunch with friends who live in the same city as the motel. We didn't say specifically where we were staying. However, in our conversation they mentioned how someone they knew well had been busted at the Red Roof Inn for soliciting prostitutes and how he'd been doing that there for a long time before he was caught. They casually mentioned that the motel is known for that (I can see why, it's cheap and it's backed up against woods, making it easier to hide this activity). That's when we told them "oh, that's actually where we are staying". I cannot stress enough not to go there. You are putting yourself in a potentially dangerous situation, not to mention the simply disgusting and poor quality of the motel itself.

Clean and comfortable renovated rooms #117 & #219 Staff was so pleasant and assisted with all of our needs and questions

Comfortable & quiet room. Convenient to shopping & good.

Place is OK. Daily maid service mediocre. No elevator.

Good friend of mine's son is graduating and we need a place to stay over. I found this one. The good thing is plenty of walking; Sidewalk both ways. McDonald is right next door. Can't beat that for breakfast. The room was nice and had a chair for us to sit. The bed was comfortable. I don't have any complain at all. The staff was a little cool maybe tired. She was not warm at all.

I've stayed at this location 4-5 times over the past few years. The rooms are clean, bedding nice and for the price it is a great value. The location is easy to get to right off the highway and it is close to shopping and eating. I'd recommend this value priced hotel to anyone in need of a good place to sleep (not high end fancy) for a reasonable price.

This was a quick trip and an overnight stay. Great for a quick sleep.

Front desk was not accommodating and not friendly.

This location is quiet and convenient. The room was fresh and clean. The staff was very helpful with directions to our next location. We were very pleased with our stay.

This hotel is so easy to get to, right off I75. The location is super convenient and worked perfectly as a place to stay while we had work in Rochester Hills. Easy quick drive to conveniences and there are a couple fast food places within walking distance. Simple, clean and quiet - we've stayed here several times and it will continue to be our go-to when in the area.

Friendly and efficient desk staff. Very expensive room with a view of forest, ponds, wildlife - unexpected but beautiful.
