Our room was very clean which was much appreciated. We were also able to check in about an hour earlier than check-in which was great since we’d made it into town sooner than expected. The majority of the front desk staff I dealt with seemed aloof. They weren’t quick to greet people walking in or walking out and more than one of them were on their phones. There were 2 African American staff members who were more helpful and cheerful than the rest. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names. Not having a microwave in the room created a bit of inconvenience and when I asked about having one in the room, as the notice on the front desk said one may be available upon request, the staff member said it couldn’t be that night and it was kinda heavy for him to bring up. I told him not to worry about it. It’s a good room for the price, close to a lot, and met most of our needs. We’ve stayed before and would be opposed to staying there again.

everything. not only that. there is something special innovation i noticed that no other hotel has. that dim light in the bathroom that automatically is on when we put the lights off to sleep, after that when in the middle of the night we have to go to the bathroom in the middle of our sleep we don't have to put any bright light on as that dim light takes care of the night sleep without any distraction of putting on too much ligh any more. i did not see this innovation in any other hotels including 5 and 6 stars. Tru Hilton 3 cheers!!!!!

The staff is great. We arrived a bit early and they let us check in still. They have a free pool table in the lobby, although the pool sticks don't have tips and they need chalk we still enjoyed it. This place has more of a hip younger vibe to it.
