Our room was very clean which was much appreciated. We were also able to check in about an hour earlier than check-in which was great since we’d made it into town sooner than expected.
The majority of the front desk staff I dealt with seemed aloof. They weren’t quick to greet people walking in or walking out and more than one of them were on their phones. There were 2 African American staff members who were more helpful and cheerful than the rest. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names. Not having a microwave in the room created a bit of inconvenience and when I asked about having one in the room, as the notice on the front desk said one may be available upon request, the staff member said it couldn’t be that night and it was kinda heavy for him to bring up. I told him not to worry about it.
It’s a good room for the price, close to a lot, and met most of our needs. We’ve stayed before and would be opposed to staying there again.
