Hotel was very crowded with a bunch of reunions, staff was pretty helpful. However they charged me for parking (for no car) and took 3 mos and several calls to get it refunded. Sundries are really expensive, bar in lobby was convenient.

Breakfasts were great The room itself was initially the handicapped room and our new room we had to request was next to it and all maid and cleaning traffic. Moreover we had to pay for parking which was a disgrace. Embassy Suites again? Probably not!

Somehow I accidentally booked a handicap room and they said they could not change the room because I booked it with Expedia instead with them. The room was horrible, hardly any furniture in it. No nightstand on one side. The bathroom was so dimly light you could barely see and no way could you even put make up on. No mirror in the bedroom or anywhere else. It was depressing and the staff was NOT friendly at all.

Sadly, the parking lot and surrounding areas were under Reno and they requested a $10 per day fee to park!, only 2 charging station for EV that are taken all the time!, a green scrunchy was found in my bed sheets!, many ceramic floor tiles near the elevator were cracked /dirty / old, carpet in my room was dirty and looked to be the original carpet was the hotel was built, one of my TV’s did not work, staff were nice though and the breakfast is great with the fresh made omelets!
