Extra cozy townhouse in the heart of Dearborn, MI. It is conveniently located near Interstate I94. Just minutes from Metro Detroit International Airport. And, you`d use the same highway to get to downtown Detroit. This house is among other townhouses in a quite neighborhood. This home is sure to satisfy your quick weekend stay or prolonged getaway. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a sliding door into the backyard! The other two bedrooms are upstairs.

This townhouse is has one parking spot in front of the garage.
The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom has a King size bed, and an office space.

The second level has bedroom number two and three along with the bathroom. Beddroom #2 has two full beds. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed along with working space(desk and chair).

The basement has the game room and laundry room. The sofa in the game room turns into a bed for extra sleeping area. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Please note that the only bathroom in this property is on the second floor.

We arrived late and found quite a few items in disrepair. The shower faucets handles could bd roated 360 degree. I couldnt shut the water off. The tv's would not operate. Only one could be turned on and it had no sound. The carpet in the master bedroom was severly stained by ehat i presume was pet accidents. Counters and handles were sticky.

A Home Away from home q

Upon my arrival, pulling up to the house, the neighborhood looked very inviting—clean, quiet, and welcoming. Walking into the house, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean the kitchen had pretty much all supplies I needed to cook.I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, due to the weather (it was very windy) but the host came and resolved it swiftly. We also had a nice conversation about the neighborhood and the city, as my reason for traveling was to learn more about the area with hopes of possibly moving there. The house was conveniently located just two minutes away from a grocery store and about eight minutes from Walmart. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby—nothing more than a 10-minute drive away.I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again!
