The room was filthy and we had several roaches. One even fell out of our shoe in the morning. The whole hallway smelled like pot and the room was stuffy. We tried the air conditioner to help, but it said replace filter. Don't be fooled by the nice looking exterior and lobby. The rooms are nothing like the public areas.
It was supposed to be a smoke free facility but the 2nd floor reeked of cigarette and weed. When you are allergic and have allergy induced asthma it's not pleasant.
Eh, was an okay stay for last minute. Front desk wasn’t rude, but definitely wasn’t friendly either. Room was extremely small and had way too many furniture pieces crammed into it. The bathroom was dirty and the floor of the whole room was sticky. The AC unit in the room was broken and covered in dust. The one elevator in the whole place seemed like it would break down at any minute. We woke up to a woman from house keeping knocking on the door at 10 am asking if we were checking out today, I heard her going to every room, too. Check out time isn’t until 11, lol. I’ve definitely stayed at worse places, but this property isn’t as nice as it’s made out to be in pictures.
