Here on business and needed peace and quiet. Got what I needed and then some. Clean, quiet, and beautiful area.

We were a family of three who came to visit with a long time friend's family at their home. So we spent time in the hotel only to check-in, sleep and rush off in the morning. Even during that short time we had a comfortable stay, with efficient staff, clean room and a pleasant experience overall.I would recommend this hotel to my friends for its location, comfort and value for money.

It was comfortable and quiet and in a good location for food and shopping.

Not Clean at all in the room and no one clean room for each day.

Poor room cleanliness. Poor breakfast items. Mould on fruit.

Stayed here while in town for a concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills. The hotel was plain and outdated, but clean. We struggled to get hot water, having to let the faucet run for over 5 minutes each time before it would get warm. The location was decent and close to the concert venue, however trying to get a taxi to pick us up at the hotel was a nightmare. It took nearly 30 minutes to find a company that would come to our hotel, then another 45 minutes to get picked up. The front desk was not a help in arranging this.

When I got there my room was not even cleaned so they had to find one that was but other then that it wasn't too bad. A little pricey though.

We needed a place close to the Palace and this place is a good value.

Friendly service Very nice room, everything I needed . Clean. Highly satisfactory.

went to concert at palace of auburn hills.very close.room was a deal for the price with a full kitchen.a little rough around the edges as far as housekeeping, dust bunnies, stained pillowcases, but overall worth the money. an added bonus my personal favorite restaurant bd's mongolian bbq right next door.would stay again.

The room wasn't very clean and the bed was not very comfortable. I could everything my neighbors were doing including going to the bathroom. Okay for a quick overnight stay but that's it.

The staff was really friendly, but when we got to our room the trash was full. It had never been emptied from the last guest. Other than that it was a clean room. We enjoyed our stay and would go back

Clean room, great price. Had no problems and was kind of shocked at the room for what we payed. We only stayed one night but there is everything you need there for a longer stay. Very happy with our stay!

The hotel appeared to be clean and kept up. There was no dishwasher in the room making it difficult to clean used dishes. Guests had to pay extra for pickup and replacement of dirty towels. They were given freely at the front desk, but the guests had to carry them out themselves. Washing and drying dishes made this especially inconvenient. The sheets did not fit properly on the bed thus causing an uncomfortable nights sleep. The front desk is not accomodating with air travel guests who need boarding passes. They refused to run our boarding pass, even for a fee. We were told where closest Kinko/Fed Ex office was and that we could go there. The hotel ran a fire alarm inspection on Monday morning during our stay and did not notify the guests. When I tried to call the front desk, there was not answer. After 7 tries, I got dressed and went downstairs, and was greated by the hotel manager, who told me that the clerk had the front desk phone and was with the housekeeping staff. There was a phone on the desk. He was unapologetic and I was told that it was not their procedure to inform guests of emergencies. I checked out that day. I will not stay at this hotel chain again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was nice but offered no daily services unless you paid an additional fee. Location was nice near a college campus. Overall was a good value.
