My room was great, a lot more than I expected. But checking in, the front desk employee was extremely rude. I felt like I was a bother just by checking in. She explained nothing not even my room number or check out. And when I asked what my room number was she told me to look at the card. Like it really hurt to speak. I am a business owner myself and if i had staff like that i would be embarrassed. Reevaluate your staff, they are the image of your company.

There is a mini take out breakfast that's the same, day after day, after day. Not what I was expecting.

Very nice room,clean although there were no pots and pans ..etc in the kitchen. It also had a weird smell but I guess thats go be expected when people are cooking

Had way too many issues. Starting off with the water in our room. The water on the toilet would not shut off. We requested a new room and we were relocated but when we got to our new room the key card would not work. We were told the wrong room number and had to walk back downstairs with all of our belongings which were heavy. we were also rushed out of our room for checkout the next morning by a very rude room maid. Would not recommend

The hotel stay was OK. It would have been better if the pool was available. It was hot and was unable to swim.

Check-in and out was swift, pre-booked it so that worked fine. The location is good for the N. Oakland area as you're just a mile from M-59. The room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. The bed was average. The kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast here at this hotel is stripped down to just coffee and pre-packaged muffins - no waffles/eggs, but you can cook in your room if you want to.

First impression put us off, like shower temperature backwards and coffeepot had some type of cleaner in it that made the taste bad and really smelled like cleaner. The toilet flapper didn't work so had to manually do. Hard to get into and road issues.

I was able to stay here and not lose some of the accommodations that I have at home. It was at the last minute that I reserved the room and it ended up being a great choice.

Room was ready and available for my late (midnight) check in. Friendly and courteous staff quickly checked me in. The personnell were friendly and called me by name and made me feel welcome.

very nice room

staff are not professional

long weekend stay in a good oakland county location

Check-in and out was swift, pre-booked it so that worked fine. The location is good for the N. Oakland area as you're just a mile from M-59. The room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. The bed was average. The kitchenette came in handy.
