"Location: Very close to the lake, Ngoc Temple, various restaurants, the puppet show, Trang Tien Plaza, spas, and supermarkets.
Staff: The highlight of my stay — the staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and made me feel special. They were always ready to help and went out of their way to serve.
Price: Excellent value for money.
Breakfast: The breakfast spread was good overall.
English Speaking: The reception staff spoke good English, making communication easy. From both location and communication perspectives, I felt this hotel is especially suitable for Indian travelers."
