It was a fantastic service experience. They set us up for a trip to the Marble Mountains and Hoi An. And, you have direct proximity to the beach and the tiki shacks for beach atmosphere and cocktails. The room was superb and every request was addressed. The breakfasts were large and had many options. I think anyone can have a good time here.

Overall our stay was fantastic, great buffet breakfast, close to heaps of restaurants and great food. Central to a lot of attractions and beautiful landmarks. The downside was the surrounding streets and litter. Vietnam isn't the cleanest of places and there was just a lot of damaged footpaths, rubbish and unusual smells that aren't great but you get used to it. There was a lot of construction going during our stay and you can hear a lot of road noise during the night, hence why you are provided ear plugs which we used and helped alot.

I had the Diamond beach view room for 7 nights. Excellent room, spacious enough for three people. Large bathroom and excellent view of Da Nang beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were attentive providing us with fruit platter and hand written note. Only negative is that the sound outside can be heard in the apartment and this did result in some sleep issues.

This property was well located right across from the beach and an easy walk from many shopping and dining options. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms well equipped and clean. The only thing I would comment on for improvement was the breakfast. There were items running out and a queue for the coffee machine, bacon was overcooked and the knives were too blunt to cut it. That’s what pulled it back to a 4 would have been 4.5 if I could give it.

Haian beach hotel and spa is excellent in every way. The hotel is kept really clean. The buffet breakfast was continually replenished even if we came down close the the end of breakfast time. The staff kept the place really clean. The swimming pool at the roof top and a lovely view and the pool was really clean. The spa environment is immaculately designed and has a sea view, making it a breathtaking and relaxing experience.

Room was great, bed was great, shower catered to people of 2 metres tall which was really great. View was great. Only bummer was the construction going on 24 hrs a day at site next to hotel. Not the Haian hotel & spas fault though.
