This is the best hotel I have stayed in da nang - all people who work there so nice - very good customer service.
Nice view but a little noisy outside at night. I could get the late-checkout option for my flight time. Swimming on the loop top was amazing.
Stayed in the Beachfront Suite- while it was not actually on the beach as we thought, it had wraparound views of the beach and was the most impressive of any hotel I've stayed in when it came to the views. The room was beautiful, with a big bathtub that was visible from the bedroom. Very clean & comfortable, and great breakfast buffet. The only thing that would have been helpful was if the hotel had loungers on the beach that you could use for free, but it wasn't a big deal to walk down the beach to use another hotel's for a small fee.
I love love love this hotel. The staffs are always smiling that made me feel happy during my staying. Moreover, this hotel is always clean and they also make me feel like they have the best service in the world. Love this place. You should stay if you would like to travel to Da Nang. My family brought 1 baby with us. One night, she got sick and couldn't get any food from anywhere: We tried to come to the hotel's restaurant with little hope that they could help. It was about 10pm. When we came, the kitchen were close. However, they said that they would give our girl some rice with steamed eggs with no charge. It's not about money, it's about how nice they serve. Come there and you will never regret.
Hotel is very nice. Had a free upgrade with an ocean view. The staffs were very attentive. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks
