We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hà Nội and our stay at this quaint city hotel. It is in a great area and we found everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance. We will most definitely return early next year for a short visit, it will be our starting point for our adventure further north to Lục Yên and Sa Pa. Truly a lovely stay here, right from the welcome, to the room and the delicious food at The Gourmet Corner, thank you to the entire team here who made us feel most welcome the GM should be very proud. A special thanks to Alex, a really cool guy and to Andrew the đẹp trai bartender for his cocktails and of course the lovely trainee Ms Trang in the restaurant at breakfast. Looking forward to our return soon.

We stayed at the La Siesta Diamond Hotel for five nights in late October 2017. After 10 sleepless hours on the plane, overwhelmed by the traffic, the noise and all these confusing first impressions in Hanoi, the staff made us feel at home immediatelly after we arrived at the hotel. From the first day they remembered our names (what I have never experienced at any hotel before) and made us feel more like old friends than just customers or guests. Besides that, everything was always taken care of. There is just nothing you have to ask for. Especially Ruby and Alex went way beyond the usual to make our stay nothing but perfect. After our stay at the La Siesta Diamond we went on a cruise to Halong Bay (they helped us with booking and luggage storage) and stayed for another night at their sister hotel La Siesta Central just around the corner. When we left for the airport we were more than suprised that Alex came around to say goodbye and to give us a small present from the hotel. I guess it’s the little gestures like that make this place so special. I can only recommend anyone to spend some time at the La Siesta Diamond. We cannot wait to come back!

We stayed in La Siesta on two separate days during our vacation in Vietnam, namely right before and right after going to a cruise to Ha Long bay. It was our honeymoon and my birthday and they decorated our rooms twice for the occasions. When you first arrive in the hotel, the first thing you notice is the nice smell. Hanoi doesn't always smell nice, but La Siesta does. During check-in you can sit down with a cup of tea and candied fruits while they register you and take your luggage up. They give you a map of Hanoi with things to do, which really comes in handy. The rooms are really nice and of a high finish. We got a free upgrade to the executive suit which was grand and fabulous. Thank you again for that btw! During our cruise in Ha Long we could leave a few bags behind in the hotel. And they were already in the room when we came back. The staff's main focus is customer satisfaction and it shows in everything. When you choose La Siesta, you are in extremely good hands. We did not have time to visit the spa or restaurant. We only had one quick breakfast. Breakfast has ample choice and it's all very decent. A day after we left we got a personalized email from them with a quick recap of our stay from their point of view and to thank us, really nice touch.

Excellent customer service and made sure to personalize for our honeymoon. Food and staff were great! We also stayed at their sister hotel in Hoi An and it was equally amazing. Great hotel! They had a great buffet every morning and everyone is so eager to help in anyway. They also have welcome drinks!

We visited Hanoi on October 2017 in family, 2 Adults and 2 kids (7 and 10 year old). The Hotel’s personal is very professional and always at your service. As for example, the Hotel kept some of our luggage during our Halong Bay visit. Before our return in France, the Hotel allowed us to stay until 1pm in our room. The Hotel has also a travel agency that help us in the organization of our trip in a very efficient manner at a good value/price. The restaurant at the last floor is very nice and offer a nice view of Hanoi. The room are comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nicely located to walk to a lot of restaurants, the night market, museums, etc. Breakfast has a great variety of foods. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room we had was spacious and clean.

I stayed at this boutique hotel with my two teenagers. The hotel arranged for our visas, as well as airport transportation and local sightseeing. The staff was wonderful. We had a slight medical emergency and the bell staff took me to a 24 hour pharmacy at 10pm on a Sunday night. The rooms are a little better than average but the hotel is very clean and in a wonderfully central location. We ate at the rooftop restaurant everyday. Food was delicious and westernized enough for my picky eater. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I still keep in touch with some of them on fb. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend it.

This small boutique hotel is very special. Nothing glitzy or glam but the staff are outstanding and serve with endless smiles. Breakfast is the best we have ever been offered. We had 3 wonderful massages, again absolutely top notch. I highly recommend staying here.

Personal touches, quick service, and always a genuinely kind smile, La Sista Diamond was just what we needed. The proximity to the Old Quarter is very simple and quick. We never needed a cab, and we walked great distances. Just be aware of mopeds!

Great hotel, all the staffs are very helpful and friendly, warmth welcome, breakfast are good, nice and tidy room, the bed and the pillow are comfortable. My first stay in here is so happy and will be here again soon.
