They added all of our bills incorrectly. adding fees with no notification or justification. make sure you get a receipt, when asked he said you don t need one and then walked off. very unfriendly and crooked
Very quiet and small hotel. We were in town for a family Thanksgiving and it was only about 15 minutes from their house. Only thing is i am not sure they are use to kids, especially under 4, we had a decent size group of little boys. Otherwise it was fantastic. Would stay again for sure!

Probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Their “pastry” selection was Twinkie's and Hostess cupcakes. Waffle machine but no butter. Package oatmeal, banana, apples and that’s it. The lobby and hallway AC was pretty much shut off. Staff was rude and doing minimal work. It’s too bad there’s no other place to stay in the area.
Enjoyed our stay. Exciting building going on around the area. Washer and dryer conveniently located near front desk and front door. Quiet when we were there. Nice large rooms
This property is located amid a housing development that is still under construction. The only food within walking distance is at the golf clubhouse nearby. That said, it is a nice, clean, new property and I will definitely stay again.
Loved the view and the room. I just wish there was more options for coffee creamer and juice. Maybe a banana and oatmeal would be nice.

Even though the hotel is located out in Polk City it was worth the drive. The breakfast needs improvement but the staff was great and the room was comfortable. Very quite area. We will be back.
The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. We will definitely stay there again, when we are looking in the area. Does not have a pool, which would be nice with the kids, but we didn't need it for just the two of us.
Main problem - shower faucet wouldn't turn to hot so lukewarm shower. Sink faucet was too loose and could get very hot in a flash. Dangerous for children. Reported to staff.

It was a very nice Jacuzzi room. I saw about 30 deer behind the Hotel. Next door to a golf resort. Very close to Lake!
