Room was very nice, spacious and clean! Girlfriend loved the bathroom and big tub. Will definitely consider booking at Wooleys again.

We had a nice day with the family. We were definitely come back

Did not get to go. Covid-19. Concert was cancelled and flight was cancelled.

That was the most beautiful hotel i ever seen in and out and i love every thing about it..

The amenities for this hotel are amazing! They have thought of everything in the rooms. Beds are ultra comfortable, the bathrooms are crazy amazing! The pool towels are much nicer than most hotels, the bar service/wait staff are phenomenal, the food is very fresh, tasty & presented beautifully. The courtyard is gorgeous & the big fish are a definite plus to keep the kids entertained. The only complaint after having stayed here several times is breakfast is a bit crazy & the omelet line is a mess. I stood for a good 5 minutes waiting to put in an order for an omelet & the person cooking never even acknowledged me so I finally just walked away. In her defense though she was currently in the process of cooking 4 omelets along with refilling all of the filling options.

The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The high ceilings especially make it impressive.

We have stayed at Woolley’s a few times and have been very pleased. This time however, wasn’t as pleasant. The lady at the counter was rude and rushed. She gave us a room and then 20 minutes after a couple walked into our room with their key, she had assigned them the same room. They used to offer room service with great food however they no longer offer the service. It just seems like the property is going downhill.

Loved the happy hour and fish pond...so unique and beautiful. The check in staff was awful. Hardly said a word to me. However, the manager was so kind and nice when we spoke to her later and went out of her way to make our stay nice.

It was amazing. We were very impressed from the moment we checked in till we left. Loved Happy hour and breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back.

I didn't know how to find shuttle back to hotel- had to use a $40 taxi

there is nothing to dislike ! I think my favorite thing was the cool bathroom !! Also... thanks for the water bottles in the refrigerator !! ( I don't think we had ever had water bottles in our refrigerator, upon arrival before - in other hotels) Your hotel offers an amazing experience for guests ! ( I think the only problem would be associated with door keys that stop working after awhile ? )

This place is a hidden gem! I had my original trip plans change and needed to be closer to the airport due to bad weather. I wasn’t expecting what I found. A beautiful hotel, a surprising lovely open atrium, a cozy and beautiful room, luxurious large bathtub, soft bedding and amazing pillows, and the food in the restaurant was excellent! I would definitely stay here again any time and am thrilled with my stay. So comfortable and great service.

Best service, breakfast selection was amazing, friendly staff

Everything on the hotel it’s great but the room service it’s really slow
