Great place! Beautiful views. Very nice rooms and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very accommodating. I accidentally book the wrong night on orbits and they changed my reservation with no problem.

This is a very nice hotel- recently renovated and refurbished; lovely space and kind staff. It is however impossible to sleep here. There is highway noise which can be drowned out by turning the complimentary white noise machines to full volume. But there is also a train which seems to sound its whistle to cross lanes of traffic about every 40 minutes all night long- and it is LOUD. You will have just fallen asleep from the last horn/whistle when it wakes you again- it is a torturous cycle that only becomes more frequent in the wee hours of the morning.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was under going renovations but you would not have known it as it was not in the way of guests. When In our room we could not hear any noise at all. We were able to hear the train every time it went by not that anything could be done about that and after the first night we didn't really notice it very much. The staff was extremely polite and assisted with any questions or anything we needed. The staff in the dinning area was very nice and accommodating also. The hotel location was great there was plenty of parking and the hotel was nicely decorated. We had an excellent stay. Would diffenately stay at this hotel again.

For the cost I was disappointed that wifi was not provided as well as breakfast. A lot of hidden costs associated with this hotel.

This hotel still thinks they are adjacent to the airport and actually charges you an additional fee to park your car! Certainly no shortage of parking space and no other hotel in the area charges this fee. Just because they have a leftover parking garage!

The staff and valet parking added the extra tough to a wonderful date night. A must go to when in Denver.

We stayed here because we were flying out the next morning. They have long term parking which is cheaper than the airport and a shuttle which takes us right to the security gate. Very convenient. Also, very nice comfortable room with Aveda products. We will be staying here again.

The renaissance is a fantastic hotel, the rooms are clean and nice, and the customer service is to notch

I will begin this lengthy review by first stating that this is an objective, unbiased view and I have no affiliation with this hotel, chain or its employees. Accommodations: Room and open guest areas are decorated in a mix of traditional and warm contemporary decor that were very comfortable. Lobby, Lounge and Atrium levels provided clever seating options for large groups in open areas as well as quiet, tucked away retreats. Very inviting !! Guest Services: The complimentary airport shuttle proved to be very convenient both on arrival and when departing. The guest shuttle services provided drop off and pick up services to restaurants, shopping and entertainment within a 2 mile radius from the hotel, service was provided within 15 minutes or less with every request (Truly impressive). This coupled with an RTD bus stop around the corner almost makes car rentals completely unnecessary. Dining: Breakfast and dinner food quality at Vivaci was exceptional (Steamed mussels in white wine and fennel sauce is a must try). The Elevate lounge above the lobby provided a great gathering area for large groups to relax at the end of the day. You can also order from Vivaci or Elevate and dine here or in one of the tucked away retreats mentioned above. Staff: Saved the best for last. The staff ranging from the registration desk, waitresses, room service to the bellman were ALL extremely courteous, accommodating and responsive. With a 4 day stay over a very busy weekend, this hotel and/or its personnel had ample opportunity to disappoint even the least critical of guests at any given point. I can honestly state that I cannot cite a single instance of this occurring during our entire stay. Kudos to the entire Renaissance Denver staff and more importantly a note to its future guests, please recognize and tip those who provide great service. Great service and a strong work ethic are few and far between.

Excellent deal, quick service from everyone, friendly , clean rooms, modern like new hotel. Great for the money! Would def recommend and stay here again!

Everything met expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the location because of interstate access and shopping center across the street.

It was positively an elite experience! The hotel and rooms are spectacular; I have one suggestion putting a fridge and microwave in the room, it would have been even more pleasing.

good experience but would have liked to have refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also, vending machines somewhere on site would be nice.

swanky hotel with a train problem

excellent stay
