All in all a great place to stay. The Direct-TV connection was flaky the whole time but I didn't say anything because I HATE dealing with repairs.
Changes in house keeping. Very limited for long gterm stay. Had to request and then it was limited.
Room was nice but not cleaned well:( garbage in can Room stunk so bad from something they cooked before us we had windows opened , air spray and candle the entire stay and could still smell the horrible food smell on the 3rd day Door handles were scummy Hotel Was nice room was spacious but they need to train or pay for good cleaning staff they are capable of have a beautiful hotel

The room they originally gave me had no heat. They told me maintenance would be there in the morning to fix the heat so i had to request another room I couldn't sleep in the room with no heat it was 30 degrees outside. This should have been checked prior to my check in and I shouldnt have had to request another room.
This is the best hotel option in the immediate area. Close to food and necessities.

The complimentary breakfast was very basic, probably due to Covid. The room was clean and a nice size. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted housekeeping. I said yes and the housekeeper was very nice and did a good job. They have an indoor pool, but I didn't use it. This hotel is right across the street from a grocery store, a liquor store, a pizza place and a CVS. I would stay there again.
Glad there is a nice place to stay in Delano, close to family and friends.

When we walked into our room we were amazed at how big it was for the price we paid. This is a new hotel and smelled of new carpset, paint, linns, etc. VERY impressed and wished I was staying there longer. Chyeck in was a breeze and staff was very courteous.
Really we had no issues with this hotel other than the shower. It was clean, quiet and every thing in the room worked. Our issue: There are no grab bars in the shower. The shower curtain rod which serves as a grab bar in many hotels and also apparently in this hotel was flimsy. Furthermore, and this is a criticism of this and all hotels which substitute the shower curtain rod for grab bars, my wife (5'6) can not reach the shower curtain rods. Therefore, effectively there are no grab bars.
