When waiting to check in the hotel employee who was to do so was sitting in the back room with the door open scrolling on her phone for about 15 mins before she realized there were customers. Once she finally got to helping us, she was very very rude. We go to our room and see we had double queen beds after I booked a king. We take all of our stuff back downstairs to the lobby and again wait 10 mins as she’s on her phone. Once she comes out her greeting is “what?” I let her know we booked a king and got 2 queens and she said “yeah we overbooked so we’re just giving what we have. It’s literally the same thing as a king just 2 beds?” I advised her a king is much bigger hence why I booked that specific bed. It should have been advised to me as I checked in and we received an eye roll and he walking away. I used to love this hotel but I will never be coming back here since the new ownership and name.

I’ve stayed at this property many times over the years as it has been updated. Unfortunately the property seems to be in a state of transition and construction.

Nice quiet hotel. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Adler Theatre.

Close to restaurants and bars

Room was filthy.

Stayed during renovations so the restaurant and bar was closed. Open areas were clean as could be during renovations but our room was not the cleanest. My daughter found an Oreo behind the lamp and the surfaces hadn’t been wiped down well. Disappointing considering cleaning procedures are supposedly increased due to COVID. Also, my card was charged twice. Overall was not impressed. Location was great though for what we needed.

Between the kids running and screaming through the hallways, their parents getting drunk and yelling in the atrium, the wedding guests yelling in the atrium, and the woman next door to us yelling at the noise makers and slamming her door, it was difficult to sleep before midnight. I'm glad I didn't bring my kids. Our conference was in a tiny room where we were crushed up against each other. Before covid, it would have been okay, but not now.

For a hotel that was just redone, the upgrades are extremely sloppy, and unfinished. We stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year and have been staying here for at least 7 year, we might have to look elsewhere.

Significant construction underway. No amenities open. Dirty public areas. Very dirty floors in the room. No staff at the desk. It was like staying in a dirty, abandoned hotel.

Property was under construction during our stay with lots of dust . The front desk person was very nice

The property is under renovations so it will be better in the future, but now it is worn and dated. The staff at the bar and housekeeping were great but everyone else was below average. Parking is $10 a day and no free breakfast. The restaurant had amazing food.

The property is apparently under renovation and we were in a room yet to be renovated. The active drip in the lobby was disconcerting. For a one night stay the hotel suited my purpose.

Just thought a Radisson would have a wow factor. Not even a fridge in the room.

The property was not clean. There were many spots in the carpet. Public bathrooms in the hotel were generally not clean. Staff was pleasant.
