I was charged $30 for using a hand towel and a wash cloth to wash my face. I was then lied to saying they couldn’t get the stains out with washing it. I asked for evidence of this because I know make up comes out once washed. And the evidence I was sent was a picture of the towels not even attempted to be washed. Complete fraud!!!!!!!

That was literally the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life and I’ve slept in a lot of hotels. They need to definitely work on the beds. Everything else was fine.

Rooms are decent and fairly clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff can make checking in or extending stays difficult. Be prepared for a lot more complications than other hotel stays you have had for sure.
