The staff was extremely accommodating. Check in was at 3pm but our flight landed at 11:30am. They were able to get a cleaning staff to clean the room and said it would. E ready within an hour. They stored our luggage securely so we can go get breakfast across the street at a very delicious Turkish bakery. The room was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had requested an ADA compliant room with wheelchair access shower, and we got exactly what we asked for. When we arrived, we asked for extra towel because we didn't want room service during our short stay, and they were placed in our room before we arrived in our room a few minutes later. We were able to park close to the door closest to our room, which was convenient. Great staff and great service.

The bathroom is so small you can't hardly turn around in it with the shower. And you have to get into the shower at the back by the commode. Way too tight of an area.

Disappointing this stay

Usually exemplary staff, cleanliness, comfort and more. All was good, minus the noisy, clattering ac all night and fridge. We used the pool, which was nice, but one of the pool handles was unattached to pull yourself out of the pool which could be dangerous for elderly or disabled.
