Strange lay outs of rooms. Two beds with no privacy. Beds looked clean but the rooms decor was dated and the over all feel was just....strange and dingy. Patio had several beer bottles filled with cigarette butts and no shears on the curtains exposed you to world if you wanted to open the curtains. Ended up leaving for a nicer place. Would not recommend

I had a good trip very nice rooms clean and big. The location was fair but kind of hard to find if your not to savy on the gps. But overall id recommend to any family or friends i have.

I stayed here specifically because I wanted to cook. No soap, no utensils, no ice no bottle opener. Big room, just didn't have enough to cook or eat with.

It is very old apartment complex that they tried to renovate. Staff demended and keeping a photo copy of ID and credit card otherwise they would not let you stay even though trip was already prepaid!! (not sure if this legal), one of the staff member was very rude and argue and did not care for anyone disable, house keeping came at 5 pm and left after leaving towels only ( which already have marks/spots) and stated this all they do, everything else is done only on wednesday!!). I would never recomend this motel to anyone.

Great pace if you want separate bedrooms and a kitchen that's close to all Dallas attractions. Building is a little bit older but everything was clean neat and in good working order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time down.

The place was wonderful to stay at, quiet and I got a lot of work done. Was centrally located because I was also looking for a home in Mckinney Texas. One major problem is I never had hot water in the showers, and many days skipped washing my hair because I couldn't stand the cold or get the soap out of my hair.

I booked a room with both a queen and a king as they did not offer a king sized bed alone. It was a two story "suite". Air conditioning was adequate to keep the room cool. It is an old hotel, but a great location for Richardson. The room carpet etc was clean but old. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were not as hot as I'd like. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs upgrade really bad. The commode handle was about to fall off, the faucetts in bath and sink were very old and didn't give appearance of cleanliness. Only me, a male was not that terrible, but any female would have been offended. Breakfast was very good.

Apparently this hotel is under renovation. Old carpets, couchs, etc. stacked around the outside of the bldgs. The first room I got had no a/c, the drapes were hanging off the rod, back of the bldg - hard to find and a security issue. I went back to the office and told them I would not stay there, they gave me another room, while there was still debris stacked in front of this room, I did not have to go in back alleys to get to it, the drapes were where they should be, the a/c worked, the room was more like the picture. I was not a happy camper when I got there, but the mgmt did try to make it up by giving me a better room. Will I stay there again..in a word, no. I am sure it will be a nicer hotel when they finish the renovations but as of now looks like a construction site.

Fort Worth resident who needed to be in Richardson for a sporting event early. Check-in was a breeze, room was large and inviting although dated. Liked that it had clean linens and not a worn out bedspread. Breakfast didn't begin until 8 on Saturday. Too late for us to take advantage and review. No clock or alarm, but we did receive the wake-up call we requested. The only truly negative was the mattress--sank to the middle. Still, great value and will no doubt stay there again.

There is an old adage: "You get what you pay for". It applies to this hotel. This is the second time I have stayed here. We rent a suite as a location to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends. With its complete kitchen, roomy interior, it is a very affordable place to stay. For the money I have NO complaints. The hotel is old. Some tiles where missing from the bath. The shower tub did not drain well, but for the price it was clean and the staff were nice! I would like to see it updated and maintained better but again I can not truly complain for the price I paid.

I was on a business trip by myself to the UT Dallas campus and stayed two weeks at the hotel. I was surprised when I got there that my room actually had two floors, a queen bed, a king bed, two full bathrooms with external sink area (plenty of counter space), a full kitchenette with large refrigerator, a sofa, desk, indoor balcony, outdoor balcony, and two TVs. I had selected the lowest priced room on Orbitz, and had not expected to get a suite that is probably larger than my apartment at home. It wasn't spotless or brand new, but you can't beat the size and services. The hotel also had some very useful services, including good breakfasts every day and somewhat less good dinners during the week. Not to fear, though. Campbell road has tons of restaurants with a good variety of food, just a few blocks away. I took advantage of the hotel shuttle service, which was very handy even though something was clearly wrong with the van's brakes (the light kept coming on) and it certainly wasn't shifting too well either. I used the pool one day, but it is quite small and if there are any kids around, you might as well forget it. They also had a laundry room and exercise room, but I did not have time for either. The worst part was probably the noisy families that were on both sides of my room. While the rooms are pretty well insulated from each other, the doorways into the hall are not. Other than that, I'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good deal - especially on extended stay trips.

The breakfast was not that great - eggs were not done & the evening buffet was not good, not much food & staff was put out when you would ask for something....stated 3 drinks per person per room - never had cold beverages

We live about an hour from Dallas and had to be at a sporting event at 8am. Rather than get up early we stayed the night in Dallas. Our hotel was more than we could have hoped for. In was a 2 bed king/queen suit. It felt more like an apt. then a hotel. While the high end traveler my be dis appointed the bussiness and family set will love it.

The hotel was right where we needed it to be and was nicely furnished. Wireless internet didn't work, but there was wired internet, but of course that meant that only one person could be on line and had to be sitting at the desk. One of us slept on the hideaway bed but no linens were in the room and we had to wait to get them, though they did bring them to us. There was also a peanut in the folds of the mattress. Though, it's a couch too, so I can see how that could happen. There was a full bag of trash on the patio and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like it to be. Overall we had a good stay, but if you're a clean freak, this may not be the place for you. There's a Jimmy Johns, a Chipotle and a couple of other restaurants that are in very easy walking distance. And there's lots of parking. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, which was just fine with us. Full kitchen was nice to have too. I had a prepaid room through Orbitz, but it still took me almost 10 minutes to get checked in, which was a little frustrating. I travel to the area and would stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to rest your head at night...this place fits the bill... But ask for a room on the second floor if you plan on being in the hotel room during daylight hours. First floor rooms have ceiling high windows, that look out over the parking lot. Thick curtains keep the room nice and dark, but as there are no sheer curtains on the windows, if you want to let a bit of sunshine in your room, you also invite the gaze of everyone and anyone who may be walking through the parking lot. Wi-Fi is not reliable... Housekeeping---get it done before noon, 'cause they leave early!! Again, if sleep is what you need, it works...
