They never brought me the desk chair. They room did not have it. Didnt offered me anything to make it better since theres wasnt any extra chair around. Cant even sit at desk to do work.
Room didn’t have a toilet seat
We have been to Dallas 4 times in the last 8 months since my mom died. This was the best sleep I have had in a hotel. The bed was very cimfortable.The room was clean and housekeeping was accomodating.

The hotel room itself was nice and clean. The front desk person was kind enough to let us check in around an hour early. They are pet friendly, with a fee. However, there were other concerns that would make me not want to stay here again. Breakfast did not have a lot of options. The outside doors were propped open and people that didn't appear to be guests were roaming the halls and going in and out of the breakfast area.

I will not be back. This appears to be a new property but rooms, halls, common areas and outside all seemed to be neglected for maintenance and cleaning. Actual room cleaning staff seemed to do a very good job but management seemed lacking on a lot of other levels. My room had wallpaper peeling off the walls, there was a major hole in the wall from the door handle swinging open, there were multiple panels missing in the ceiling in the main floor aisle, there was major bleached out stains in the carpet. The entire property was very trashed up, (inside and out). Probably from low caliber guests but I also noticed there was a shortage of trash cans available. Elevators had loose trash in them and stains on the wall and floor from who knows what. No trash cans by elevators. I stayed there two days and it appeared there was a maintenance pickup with construction debris parked outside the lobby the entire time but I did not see anyone working.
