While room was great and breakfast was amazing the other hotels guests we encountered made for a low budget feeling. A travel boys ball team was also staying at the property, the kids (8-12) were loud, rambunctious, and not being controlled my the parents and I never witnessed any hotel staff approach the parents and address the kids running in the lobby, throwing balls in open areas & at breakfast, moving around to multiples tables during breakfast while backing up the breakfast buffet and food stations.
