We really enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were well equipped and clean. Two free drinks at the bar during their hospitality hour. Made to order omelets along with an expansive included breakfast buffet in the morning. Well done.

Amazing hotel!! It NEVER disappoints. This has become my FAVORITE staycay getaway. I live here locally. The breakfast is AMAZING. So good. The rooms are pretty clean and super quiet. The views from the floors up top are great. There are several restaurants to chose from nearby. These are all of the wonderful things that keep me coming back.

When we arrived the hair conditioner bottle was empty. We requested one and they informed us if we want one we have to go down to get it. We then requested an extra blanket because my husband was cold and we requested a remote control for the TV because the one we had wasn’t working. But they did not bring what we requested. We called again and they still didn’t provide us with either.

This place looks like it should be great, and that’s what makes the neglect so glaring. One of three elevators was working, and it doubled as a crime scene: spilled wine on the floor that was reported and then ignored for days, from our arrival to well after our departure. Trash bins throughout the property were routinely stuffed to the brim, carpets in main areas were visibly dirty with crumbs, and the main floor bathroom featured a sink half-full of vomit and overflowing trash. The pool area felt abandoned, piles of dirty towels, barely any clean ones, and eventually none at all until guests had to hunt down the front desk. The breakfast area sealed the impression: staff looked openly miserable, unwelcoming, and borderline hostile, as if guests were an inconvenience. The frustrating part? The hotel itself appears fairly new. The room was clean, food options were fine, the parking lot felt safe, and the location is convenient. This isn’t a failing property, it’s failing management. A place with this much potential shouldn’t feel like it’s being run on autopilot.
