I wouldn’t call this a kid friendly hotel, nice for adults, really welcoming. The staff was great! Our room was really neat, the bathroom was outrageous, even had tv in the mirror. Disliked the frosted window between bathroom and sleep area, awful! Otherwise, I really liked it. I would recommend ...
Only problem we had was the WiFi was spotty in our room. Management apologized for the problem, was going to have IT check into it. Pleasant stay, close to a lot of places to eat and convenient to many major roadways.
Booked this hotel for an overnight stay - attending at concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. Greeted by a very friendly staff when we arrived. I had called and asked for early check-in and they accomodated that request no problem. We got right into our room early. The rooms are a bit dated ...
This isn’t the first time we have ever stayed at a Hyatt We are Marriott members and stay at hotels often but this hotel came highly recommended You by far exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be returning and use Hyatt locations as are go to
Free breakfast, Clean rooms, Comfortable beds. I been staying here for 3rd or 4th time. The only thing didn't made me happy, orbitz gave me one price, 199 and something but they charged me 209 and something.
It was a nice place with good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to shopping and dining.
Nice cozy room. Very clean. Grab and go coffee and breakfast items in the morning.I enjoyed my short stay.
I was here in May and was told improvements were going to be made throughout their properties. I searched, but this was the only hotel near my destination that allowed smoking. I will not be in this area again so I don't have to work about staying here again. The type of room I had requested was not available when I checked in. It was late and I was tired so I didn't have a choice, I had to take the room. The lady who checked me in that night (sorry, I misplaced her name) tried to be understanding but there was really nothing she could do. As with the other location nearby, there was nothing in the room that was stated in the advertisement such as coffee maker and microwave. I was moved to another room the next day. I went downstairs that afternoon and received a coffee maker, but was told there was no coffee. This place is a dump and I guess I need to stop smoking in order to avoid places like this. I had been told in May by the area manager that improvements were going to be made, but I guess that meant years in the future.
Entry was clean, welcoming & friendly staff. Bedsheets and towels were of great quality. Free breakfast was very very decent, lots of choices and tasty. No shuttle to the train station so we paid $7 at Lagrange village building to park our car all day then took the metra train ($11 both way) to downtown Chicago took about 20 minutes. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The rooms was decent space wise and closet was in the room next to the TV. Don’t hesitate to stay here , you won’t regret it.
