Excellent property

This is a really nice place. Everything is well maintained and the manager is very responsive. The kitchen is nice and the rooftop pool is a great extra benefit. Highly recommended

Perfect condo!

We had a great time at this condo! It was very clean and modern. Communication with the property management representative was clear and quick before and during our stay. The views from the bedrooms are great and even better on the rooftop! We really enjoyed the pool and it is just as amazing in person as it looks in pictures, especially at sunset!! The condo itself is very close to the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal (walkable) and surrounded by amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Great stay at the Distrito Central apartment. The apartment is located in a great spot and close to everything. Check in process is very easy and good communication with Alex. The apartment is large and very comfortable.

This is a really nice property

This is a really nice property, centrally located and well set up for two singles or a couple. It was nice to have the concierge at the door. Also has a locked area to keep bikes if you rent one. Absolutely recommend this place.

Cozumel Just off the Square

Place was great for 2 couples. It was fun being so close to all the great restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to the beach clubs. From the condo we could see both sunrise and sunset.

Great property. Could use an oven as it only has stove top burners. There is a dog kennel close to the property and the dogs bark all day long which is a little annoying..

Beautiful and clean with some moderate noise level

Loved this place. Modern and well equipped, very clean. It's right by the center so expect noise level and also some weird noise coming from the ceiling whenever it's windy. Wish there was a shower gel and shampoo provided. Host provided coffee and basic kitchen supplies which we appreciated. Amazing view from the rooftop. Highly recommend.

Location!!! I saved so much money eating at the nearby local eateries (Taqueria El Mexico is our favorite - tacos for about 25 pesos!!!). Literally within 5 min walk to their main town center for shopping, events, pier, etc). We appreciated: 1. Washing machine/Dryer 2. Fast and reliable wifi (we do work remotely so this is super important for us). 3. View of the cruise ships/ocean in every room (bedrooms, living room, kitchen) 4. Love the super fast AC. We turn it off every time we leave and the home stays cool. 5. Safe and quiet. 6. I love the rooftop!!! I use it for my shuffle dance practice early in the morning. 7. Bed is comfy- we slept soundly. 8. Prompt ommunication 9. I loveeee the shower pressure and temperature. Now for improvements and/or cons: 1. Parking is tight. There's always a spot but its scary tight. Theres only about 5-6 spaces. There's this one resident who takes up 2 spaces!!! 2. Dishes are cheap plastic with burn marks and stains. I think its due for replacements- at least the red ones. 3. Need deep cleaning of the dining seats. 4. Some bedding sheets and towels might need replacements due to stains. 5. Dishwasher machine might need to be fixed as its not really cleaning ...i ended up handwashing which is fine with me. 6. Declutter the 2nd bedroom closet. Know that it serves as their supply closet too. Overall, we love this condo!!!! Highly recommend it.

Great place close to everything

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The unit is large and is well equipped, Modern and comfortable. It is located very close to everything and you can walk everywhere from there. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home. Will definitely considering staying at this apartment next time while visiting the island.

The condo is like new, nicely furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and lots of towels, including beach towels. Excellent location, minutes from the airport, just a few blocks from the water and the ferry to Playa del Carmen. Plenty of nearby places to eat. Would stay there again.

We loved having the lobby secure and with someone to greet us or see us out every day. Maria was such a pleasure to meet. Alex, our concierge, was very helpful and very responsive! The condo was spotless, the A/C was wonderful to come home to. The rooftop was an awesome spot to watch the sunsets. This condo was perfect for our family of 5.

Great Vacation Spot

Condo is very clean and modern. Staff is amazing and very helpful. The detailed items such as shampoo, conditioner. hairspray, hair dryers, curling irons are great plus. Small issue on the evening of our arrival and management company was on top of it and had it immediately taken care. Management company was always staying in touch and checking in with me via email making sure we were good. I do not hesitate to give this place a 5 star. I would definitely stay here again. Wendy our door woman always greeted us coming and going and full of very helpful information. She was so very nice.

Perfect Vacation Stay

We were impressed with the condo. It was a spotlessly clean and high end oasis. The location was close to restaurants and the touristy spots of San Miguel de Cozumel but far enough removed for it to be relaxing. Paid public parking is located 1/2 block away. Communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. It was nice to know an answer to my many questions was always available.highly recommend

Everything we expected and more. This place is better than the pictures. Close to town, close to the beaches, close to restaurants. Perfect location. We rented a car and parking was never an issue. All the essentials are at the property. They even had a cooler with ice packs in the freezer. Air conditioner in every room. Comfortable beds. Rooftop view and pool with hot tub was a great bonus! Alex, our host was wonderful. He provided us with all the information for fun activities. I would highly recommend this place. It’s safe, clean and location is great if you want to stay in town.
