All staff was helpful. Breakfast area was quite spacious, food was well arranged and it never was crowded at the various stations. The only issue was small but important to me. I need an extra washcloth for my eyes. I requested one and when we returned to our room instead of three (2+1) there was one. Next day made the same request. Next day had to make the request again. I guess there was a communication problem. We did spend four nights and found the facilities well thought out. Thank you for good holiday stay.

The room was much nicer than I had anticipated. They do have some rooms with decks to the garden which would have been nicer since I was traveling with dogs but I didn't notice that till after I already checked in. You can hear the freeway but it's not as bad as you would imagine since the hotel is right next to the freeway.

The bathroom was musty and very small. The heater and refrigerator were loud. The room was noisy due to guests in an adjacent room having their TV on all night and it seemed very loud. The room was very clean and the staff is very courteous.

We got 3 rooms for our family. The toilets in two of them weren’t functioning and it took hours to even get a plunger. The restaurant had no heat, on a very cold morning. Our king sized bed was horrible and very broken down. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when there was some confusion on check-in, and we were able to check into one room early, which was a lifesaver!

Very friendly staff but the rooms were really worn down. Lots of mold in the bathroom, very old lumpy mattress, and peeling paint. I wish I’d brought flip flops to wear in the room on the ancient carpeting.
