The suite was spacious. Met our needs. The hot tub was clean & enjoyable. The rooms are dated.... probably painted & updated 10 yrs ago. The "sanctuary" is not true to the pic. Nice area, but not fully lit as depicted in the listed pictures. Would stay there again, but request a room further away from the freeway.

Disappointing for the price. Wifi was terrible. The "fitness center" was a joke: two out of three machines out of order, one of them blocking the door to the "sauna," which was more like a room with a heater. "Breakfast bags" extremely minimal. Very few 3-prong outlets; the 2-prong outlets didn't work and made our chargers overheat. Thin walls and floors. On the plus side, the place was s spacious and clean.

The room had an extremely strong mildew odor. It appears to be an old apartment building that has been converted to a hotel. The furnishings and appliances all appear very old. Location is convenient. Parking is adequate. Walls are thing (can hear neighbors.

Spacious suites, not super well stocked. Furnishings a bit tired. Quite a bit of freeway noise on the back side of the property. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and kitchen though. Centrally located.

You cannot access the lobby/front desk entrance from the street. There is no place to park in front. You have to park around the back. The employee was friendly and the check in process was smooth. The room smelled like damp carpet unfortunately. We had room 614. The lamp in the second bedroom had no plug outlet so you couldn’t use the lamp. When I knelt down to try and find the plug, the floor was filthy. Dust and old food underneath that no one had cleaned. One of the beds had dirty sheets (body hair was there). Dirty utensils in the kitchenette. The place was okay, but I’d check sheets and towels before using. It is run down and in need of some TLC and decent cleaning service.

Great value and perfect stop off point for 6 of us on a road trip

Rooms need minor renovation, otherwise great experience.

Very nice place Staff excellent and helpful. Gave me up grade to full suite. One strange thing The shower floor was not stably. Like there was water under surface. Left early and did not tell them.

Stayed here 4 days. Location was excellent, morning food was good and about avg. Bed was good, AC worked well. Housekeeping was good. sheets and towels were very clean. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the price per night reflects that. But we enjoyed our stay.

Huge room, very comfortable. Unique, pool, hot tub and garden..very good!

The room smelled like raw sewage and it was not cleaned daily

Solid hotel. Seemed a little dated, but good value for the price.

The room was good size and fit all of my family but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was good and the breakfast was ok. The room has no AC and if I had know that I wouldn’t have stayed there.

At checkin they gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned. Our room smelled musty, and there was no air conditioning.

Good experience with prompt and courteous check-in, nice rooms, good breakfast and location.

Helpful staff. I received an upgrade to a one bedroom suite because the room I booked was unavailable. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for me. I would stay there again.

Talitha, thank you for taking the time to review us. We are continually doing upgrades to our product, and have plans as we move forward out of the last 2 challenging years. Our candles will be lighted again beginning in April in the Sanctuary, the fireplace is lit every evening now. Getting supplies is still a challenge. Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you return.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not go as it should of. We have not had Wi-Fi issues, many guest work from their rooms, we will have this checked. Unfortunately, we can not control when machines go down, they were repaired on 12/22/21, repair was called in the day they went down. We will also look into the outlets. Thank you for your feedback. Again, our apologies.
