Waterfront 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with DOCK!

This is a 3 Bedroom 2 bath 1400 square foot home located on the north end of Conneaut Lake. 60lf of protected dock space on a short canal dock is only 50ft from the back door of the property. The dock is included with the rental and has silty bottom with approximately 2’ of water depth.

For an extra fee we offer the Toy Shed it includes unlimited firewood, kayaks, paddle board, water safety, additional refrigerator, yard games, etc.

Conneaut Lake boasts two waterfront restaurants with bars, and dozens of places to eat within just a few miles. Within 7 miles of 2 major grocery stores including Walmart. Also less than 1 mile from Dollar General Store.

High speed wireless internet is included. Home is equipped with a Smart TV so that you can log on here to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon Prime, etc. for your entertainment. Grill and fire pit located on the property.

For your protection and convenience, there are security cameras on the exterior of the property. These cameras are visible in plain sight and record both video and audio. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

Literally one of the best summer vacations I have taken. The provided kayaks are amazing and next level nice, the property itself is perfectly sized and very well maintained. The neighbors are even very friendly! Overall a perfect trip and rental !

The Perfect Lake Home

It was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed every minute. It was so close to everything but still very private. I would reccomend this home to everyone. Larry was very easy to get a hold of. He even gave me his phone number. Communication was excellent

MOST RELAXING WEEK THIS YEAR

My husband, sister, dog and me spent each evening relaxing by our camp fire. We took a few trips to surrounding restaurants and took many walks. We entertained ourselves kayaking, playing cards or playing bean bag toss. One night we drove an easy ride to Presque Isle Downs to watch the magnificent horses and even bet and won on a few races. The last day we met our family for a ride on their pontoon in Pymatuning. This was one of my favorite getaways.

A wonderful time!

Mario and Linda made out time at the lake great! We have great memories in Conneaut as we used to have a cottage there. This property made us feel like we had never left, we felt right at home! Relaxing stay by the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the back deck with a cup of coffee and fishing in the canal. We were fortunate to stay during the total solar eclipse, and our hosts even provided eclipse glasses! Would highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Conneaut Lake. The owners were exceptionally prompt and gracious in responding to our inquiries. We found the home to be very comfortable and modern. Very clean and roomy, grill had back up tank , good, deck was used the most when not raining (no one’s fault). The master tub is a garden tub , not hot tub, walk to beach was short , you can walk to store, overall very nice
