This is an amazing hotel. Fabulous location, spacious rooms, outstanding staff (particularly Julio at the concierge desk), great pool and spa, etc. Five stars or more!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great right on Reforma. There is a coffe shop and restaurant on the main floor.. it’s the only restaurant nearby. You have to walk few blocks for other restaurants which I don’t like.. The room is small.
Excellent upgrade. Great location. Large rooms and great bed.
Great location, walking distance to many places, rooms are very neat, staff very polite
That hotel was a museum. It is over 100 years old and had been kept in a great condition. Every room was just beautiful. Room were confortable and staff very nice. There it's a lot of restaurants and shops around a walking distance. A few blocks from El Angel de la Independencia in Reforma Avenue. ...
The location is pretty nice. Plenty of places to eat and a few min away from San Angel statue. The roof top pool and gym are really nice, especially at night. There’s lots of bars in the area , but please try to stay on the brighter streets and stay out of the lonely side streets. I used Uber even ...

The floorboards were a bit warped and chipped, etc. The people were great, but a little too zealous. We asked repeatedly for the room NOT ...
loved that it had a roof-top pool, just wished it had more entertainment by the pool on a Friday or Saturday night.
Great location, very convenient, great staff. Bery mice boutique rooms.
