Nice hotel for a good price central location good food service

We had a great time in CDMX. This hotel was very convenient

The pics on Orbitz look amazing; but, the place is not actually like that. When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist was very kind, and helped me with all my questions. Then, I waited almost 7 minutes to be able to take the elevator (elevators are really old, and take forever to get to where you are at). Finally, I made it to my room. As a regular routine I always check the beds, bathroom, AC and the safety. The safety worked perfectly. The beds were hard as rock. I turned the AC on, and noticed a current of air coming out of it, and since I just turned it on, I knew it was going to take a little to start feeling the cold air, so I decided to leave it on and went out for a meal. I came back to the hotel 45 minutes later, and I still could not feel the AC, so I called the receptionist and she -very kindly- sent a technician, who told me that ind order to get cold air I had to push a lever located next to the regulator. He showed me how to do it, and left the lever in that position and decided to give it a chance. So, I took a shower, and the water pressure is great, hot water takes seconds to come out of it, and there is always enough shampoo, soap and towels. The only issue in the bathroom is that it leaked water of the lever. In addition to this, it is not that easy to sleep since the hotel is located next to a main and very busy road, and lots of bars that stay open until almost in the morning. There are way better options in the neighborhood. the Wifi never worked

Basically a nice hotel all around for the price. Not fancy but dependable, clean, and spacious. It is on the edge of Zona Rosa making it accessible to the Avenida Reforma and so many restaurants and transportation. Good Breakfast too. I recommend this hotel. I have stayed here many times.

This is my "go-to" hotel in CDMX - The junior suites are roomy and comfortable enough. (I wish they would use standard pillows on their beds; I always wake up with a sore neck). This visit my room had a poorly functioning air conditioner. I was the only occupant on the floor as a lot or repairs/updates were being done - Incredibly noisy as early as 7:00AM. Overall, I like it here and will stay here again my next trip to CDMX.

It is near all the clubs , safe area but hotel old fornitute ,

Safe area to walk around with a lot of bars. The hotel has a good and firm mattress. They serve a good buffet breakfast . This hotel is located in a area with a lot of korean restaurants and gay and lesbian clubs.

Ok Hotel, but it's old. Great service though. Hotel is very noisy, you can others talking, walking so loud from inside the room. We asked to be moved because it was very noisy. I would recommend for someone stay here if the person can't take noise. Location is GREAT.

Very good location, walking distance to subway, restaurants, shops, nearby landmarks. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious but outdated, basic and dark. TV and internet service was average.

The hotel is in a decent location, near shops and restaurants. The room was damp and when you opened the window, it was loud. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

My fiance and I chose this hotel because it offered the best location for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was no-frills but worked just fine for us. However, the real hidden gem was the breakfast buffet--very affordable (you can get a room that has it included) and just fantastically flavorful. One thing to note is that when you leave the hotel during the day there will be several people offering to sell you things (panchos, gum, dolls, etc.), although this is pretty common for Mexico City in general.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is within walking distance to several attractions. They even helped us set up a tour which saved us a lot of money. I would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend.

For the price, the location was awesome. Near metro which is very convenient and there are some very nice restaurants nearby. The only complaint we have was the patio door is a bit hard to close and lock, we needed to fiddle with it a bit to get it to latch. Otherwise everything was lovely and we will stay there again next time we visit.

I stayed here overnight as a result of a really long lay over. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and it was close to food and attractions. I have no complaints.

It was great, staff is really friendly, location is good, rooms clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast very good. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great value. The downside is that the hotel is located in Zona Rosa where there are very loud night bars. Bring earplugs!

Had a great stay. Friendly staff...great location. I will be back to stay there again!

My room was simple but clean and if you want to be in the middle of La Zona Rosa this is a great location. This is a couple of blocks from the monument of the Angel, which is right where I wanted to be. It was a good value for the price and convenient to the places I wanted to visit. All of my interactions with the staff were pleasant, but I really didn't require much in the way of service.

Seems this hotel is going down hill. The staff in the reception was not really welcoming. They don't pay attention to the guests. In my case I asked for my reservation 3 times, the room wasn't ready at 03:00 pm. The average experience was not good.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I am still pleased by it. Although, this time I was a bit displeased that the door man/bell hop didn't open the door for us every time we entered and left like they did the first time I stayed (but no bit whoop). The best part is the price, comfortable beds and big shower space. The location is just perfect, just 2-3 blocks from the famous Angel of Independence and you can also get a Touri Bus there that will take you on a tour of Mexico City for just some $15 and you can get on and off at specific locations! I must say that the hotel is in the heart of "Gay town" and plenty of gay clubs within walking distance. If this is your scene, you will like this hotel for the great low price.
