The nice lady in the front desk was very efficient, and I can say the same for the guy who parks the cars. Thanks you!
The hotel is located in a great area for shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking distance. The staff is helpful and, when I forgot my cell phone in the room one morning, it was there waiting for me on the nightstand when I returned in the evening (this doesn't always happen everywhere). Kudos to the housekeeping staff for their honesty.

Hotel PF is a wonderful place to stay. It’s very clean and simple. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom clean and with sufficient amenities. The staff is courteous and responsive. The restaurant is good with delicious and plentiful breakfast. PF is in a vibrant neighborhood, within easy reach of important places in Mexico City.

Nice helpful receptionist and concierge. Restaurant very limited menu, i went out for breakfast. Mostly a good stay no complaints.
Some staff were extremely rude. The woman who checked me in and a waitress at the restraunt were miserable and dismissive.

It’s a great selection if you are a business traveler. The receptionist/manager Isabel and her associate Victor are exceptional people who try to resolve all type of problems.
