"Amenities, pool, service were all amazing. We had no issues to make dinner reservations, regularly showed up at the pool or beach and always got lounge chairs or cabanas without reservation. There was so much to explore in the hotel grounds itself and always organized activities. Staff consistently delivered excellent service. The gym was well equipped, our daughter loved the ice cream place, coffee bars never had long lineups. The water park seemed best for children up to age 9, for our daughter with 11 it was a little boring. Overall a fantastic experience!"
