I liked everything about the hotel except for when I made the reservation I asked about a shuttle to the MGM Northfield and I was told that there was. When we checked in, I was told there was not.

The hotel is normally a good place to get a good night sleep. Consequently, that was not the case this visit. The staff did not see my information then I pulled up my receipt from hotels.com, then she realized she was looking at the wrong guest reservation. Then I had to call the front desk twice on the guest above my room. They sound like they were going to fall through the ceiling. Lots of loud noise and bouncing of balls. Along with running around the room.
