Property is not what it advertises online was to have a separate sitting area in our room did not was supposed to have a whirlpool bathtub did not let all of that go went to breakfast. The first day was amazing. The second day the server was so rude you would’ve thought that I pissed in his Wheaties And then the last day the waitress forgot half my breakfast. Was located well we’ll never stay again.

The customer service was top notch. I would stay here again based on that alone. They really were spectacular. The hotel itself needs a little help. Plenty of parking. Parking lot well lit. Only one elevator. Pool looked clean but we didn’t use. Hot tub is not working. Room was ok for the price. Bathroom vent looked like it had never been dusted. But other than that, the room was clean. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Our heat wouldn’t go above 65. It was -2 outside and we came during a winter storm but the area around the wall unit was very drafty. We are hot natured so 65 was ok for us but I know someone else would not be comfortable. I reported this upon checkout. TV is small and the do not offer streaming options. Basic cable only. Had to get ice at front desk. None of the ice machines work. Hotel needs a little TLC.

The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic. Great location great price. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The vents for the heating unit were very dusty, the chair was filthy (I cleaned it myself because it was so coded and dust) and the room needed to be vacuumed better.

The rooms are outdated. Plaid curtains, old carpet throughout the hotel. Cheap furnishings, 35 inch tv sits on the dresser. Parking lot was not plowed. Im pretty upset that my Membership suggest hotels that are apparently unattended in comparison to the other Hilton I've stayed at

The staff was courteous but the room was just ok. Thankfully it was only for 1 night. The room had a musty odor and while showering the tub never drained.I had to spray my perfume to camouflage the musty smell and my husband could not shower after me because the water from my shower accumulated in the tub and by morning was still there. We did complain to the front desk about the inconvenience but they didnt help at all. I won't stay there again.

I had a family member who had surgery at the Cleveland Clinic (Dec 2025) so I tried out a few hotels in the area. I had a stay over at Hyatt Place the nite before trying the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland, OMG huge difference the Hyatt Place was absolutely beautiful and modern whereas the Hilton Garden was OLD and really NOT that clean. Unless you can get a really, really good deal I’d personally NOT want to to go back this particular Hilton Garden inn East Cleveland/Mayfield village.

Toilet seat was very loose, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall (screws loose) bed was bouncy and sunken in the middle. All ice machines were down and the person at the desk had to go to the bar area to get some. Staff was awesome!
