This was the most welcoming home I've stayed in. There was a gift basket on the counter and festive place settings had been laid out on the table. There were other nice touches, such as a selection of low-priced toiletries available in case we had forgotten something. My wife appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. We look forward to coming back the next time we visit the area.

Perfect location, quiet, beautiful area and close to wherever you want to go. Lovely home with all the amenities, thoughtful touches like a fully loaded welcome basket with snacks & fruit. Home was immaculate & comfortable. Our 5 night stay was beautiful.

Family Holiday

We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Retreat!

All Seasons property was so comfortable and convenient to locations in The Valley! Our 18 month old had plenty of room to play and run and everyone slept like babies at night!

Making our way home...

Clean, nicely decorated, and furnished. To access bathroom from the main floor bedroom, you have to walk thru the living room and kitchen. There's a full view french door in the bathroom that looks out to a deck. Only a sheer curtain on the french door. No window covering above the kitchen sink. Pedestal sink in bathroom. Stackable washer/dryer in the bath. I had to stand outside to recieve or make a call. Not a bad thing unless you work on your vacations. Again... very clean and well-kept. Much attention to detail. The floorplan lacked function for us.

Cozy fall stay

Stayed here while we watched the world lacrosse championship in Utica and it was lovely! It was a very welcoming home with beautiful fall decorations and we had a great and comfortable stay. Many stores nearby driving distance .

Wonderful Property!

We have stayed in this property multiple times while visiting our son at Hamilton College. We love the remote location, which is still within a reasonable driving distance to the college. Everything is always spotless when we arrive, with a welcome gift basket full of treats. The home is cozy and comfortable, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Return Stay

This was our second stay and we were even more impressed than our first visit. We were in town for a visit to see our son at Hamilton College, which was only 15-20 minutes away. This property has such a welcoming feel, with many little touches in terms of decor that made us feel immersed in fall, which was perfect for our October stay. We loved the welcome basket that had treats upon our arrival. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds, in a very peaceful and quiet location. We can’t wait for a return trip to this property.

Great to get away!

Stayed here while we were participating in a tournament in Utica. This was a great way to end the day! Only friendly tip: between downtown Utica and the house the cell service is not great. Once at the house wifi is perfect!

Peaceful and Perfect

Great place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dreams Park. The country drive was beautiful. It was nice to unwind at the end of the night. The snacks were clutch for early departure and late night returns.

Neat and Clean

We had to drive 45 minutes back and forth to baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park each day, it was nice to have a place to crash that was comfortable, neat and clean. Very sweet, they left a welcome basket for us too!

Great weekend at Cedar Lake cottage

The cottage at Cedar Lake could not possibly be cleaner or better tended. It was spotless, cozy and comfortable with comfy beds and quality linens; a large, bright and well equipped kitchen; nice decks (which we unfortunately did not get a chance to use); strong wifi; and smart televisions with all the streaming options. We never met Alicia and Chris but they were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with and left us a lovely welcoming goody basket. They are excellent hosts and the entire process was absolutely seamless. We made the cottage our base for our son's commencement weekend at nearby Hamilton College, which was a pleasant 25 minute drive over scenic back roads. Accommodation options in the Utica area are pretty limited, and this is a good option for visiting Hamilton and Colgate parents. We are not golfers so we can't judge the course except to say it looks lovely and the area is pretty with lots of rolling hills, farms, and quaint villages.

Charming

A hidden jem. Extremely clean and spacious for our family of 4. Adorable yard with a fire pit, welcome basket, cable, internet that works, and decorated so cute for the season. Alicia and Chris are great hosts and respond quickly to messages sent. Thank you for such a nice stay!
