"Hidden charges for nothing. I was told there was a $15 daily resort fee - when asked what it was for, the clerk stumbled on her words: umm, internet, parking, breakfast. So basically, everything that is free elsewhere? It also includes the pool, but that is closed and housekeeping, but they don't come daily. The bed was incredibly hard. The shower didn't flow properly. The key kept losing it programming and had to make trips to the office to get it fixed. The breakfast was not hot and most items were not kept full."
