Primarily stay here because it's the halfway point passing thru, had not a great experience the first time, second was a little better. The rooms are clean but they're very old so everything has a dinge to it. Experience is very based on which part of the hotel you end up in. Breakfast is nice and in a nicer little room with a balcony, the entry way is very unique and updated.

The hotel was good for our one night stay. I found that the carpeting in the hotel room was a little sticky and dirty. After taking a shower I was walking around in bare feet and notice that my feet were dirty again. Also we couldn't get the air conditioner to seeing to go below 75 degrees even though we said it for 70.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows wee so bad they should have not even have offered them. The A/C was so load you couldn’t sleep. There was a dog barked all night long and there were cars drag racing in the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible. A measly little burrito with some mushed up egg and potato in it.

Excellent hotel! They have delicious homemade breakfast burritos, friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and nice. They also offer free shuttle service into town and local attractions. Highly recommend!! If you book on Expedia it’s vey affordable. We will be back.

We booked because of the high rating but we had a terrible stay. Our room was sub-par. The sink was draining slowly, the AC did not work, the pillows were tiny and lumpy, and when I moved a plastic cup next to the coffee, a roach crawled away. Someone placed a bag of trash on the landing one morning and when we left, it was still there. Finally, the breakfast burritos were so bad, we left and bought breakfast elsewhere. I will say all the staff we spoke with were friendly. I guess you get what you pay for.

If you like a funky smell this place is for you.

The rooms are run down with a funky smell that kept us up all night and the hostel style mattresses didn’t help either. We couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. We even switched rooms shortly after checking in due to the smell but it didn’t make a difference. The second room was as bad as the first. We also skipped the complimentary breakfast as it was a sad display of 2 types of burritos and a few bagels. It is sad to say but I would not recommend to stay there. Although they are doing construction and renovating some of the rooms. So there is hope but in the meantime the traces of the construction is clearly visibly in the evenings as nobody seems to vacuum the hallway carpets after the workers leave.

Excellent stay! Ample free parking, very easy check in/check out process, the woman at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! Loved the decor and breakfast. Breakfast burritos and natural juices (they had other items as well) were delicious, coffee was great (we’re more picky). Location is super close to Meow Wolf and only a 15 min drive to downtown, and close to a lot of hiking.

We switched rooms 3 times. The bedding was old, stained, ripped, and had hair on the sheets. After the 3rd time of the same thing we went to our vehicle and grabbed our own bedding. Other than that, the hotel wasnt horrible and the breakfast was amazing! Please get new bedding!
