2 Farmhouse-Inspired Retreat w Pool-BBQ

The home`s color scheme differs from the photos, and the BBQ grill is not yet set up! Unwind in our cozy farmhouse-style townhome, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Conveniently located next to the community pool—rarely crowded and fully accessible to guests. Fire up the BBQ in our private, fenced-in backyard or take a relaxing walk through the neighborhood. Downtown Chico is just a 5-minute drive away, offering great dining and entertainment!

Locals booking our properties will receive a phone call prior to check-in for additional verification on their reservation. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed.
Relax in our farmhouse-style townhome! Tastefully decorated so rustic meets chic, with comfort in mind! We are located right next to the community pool, which you have full access to and is hardly ever busy. For our grill masters, kick back in our fenced-in backyard and prepare a meal on our BBQ. Enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood, or check out Downtown Chico (approx. a 5 minute drive)!

There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with a king-size bed, two with a queen-size bed, and two with two twin-size beds. Plenty of room for the whole group!

We love our home and welcome you to come enjoy it during your next visit to Chico!

You will have the entire townhome to yourself.

Front door has a smart lock. Check in instruction with entry codes will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in.

You will have access to the whole unit and pool! Our pools are serviced every Monday and Friday after 4 PM.

Please drive respectfully and carefully within the complex to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn`t left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we`re proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn`t follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it`s time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Please note, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit, which will be automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.

Early check-ins before 4 PM require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to request and check availability.

Parking Details:
Each reservation includes 3 parking spots:

- 1 spot in the garage
- 1 spot directly in front of the home
- 1 numbered parking space

Please use only your designated spaces to avoid any issues with neighbors.

- For cancellations, refund amount will only be 96%, there will be a cancellation fee of 4% of the total reservation amount.
