We were given a room in the smoking section of the building and right away, the smell was pungent of marijuana. Then as we walk into our room, it was dirty, and had roaches. I had my two sons with me, and we had to ask for another room. We were then offered a room on the non-smoking side, a bit better, but bath tub was dirty.
vending machines didn't work, our rooms window wouldn't shut all the way, and when I checked the beds first thing I found was a sleep mask...so were they even cleaned?? Bed was comfy though!
Property smelled like weed. There were burn marks in the towel holder in the room. Windows held open by tennis shoes in the upper levels. Guys hanging out by the door waiting to sneak in when folks left the building. Not the sketchiest place I've stayed in, but close to it. Wouldn't recommend for families.
The entire property smelled like cigarettes. The mattress was horrible on my back, but the staff were very friendly.
there was a a burnt circuit in out room so we couldn't charge phones and our shower didnt work either,, we tried calling room service but that didnt work out. on top of that,there was people arguing and yelling outside the room
We were going to be late check ins so we tried to call for several hours to inform them no one ever answered. I had to call the corporate office. Once we checked in (at 2am) a car pulled in blasting his radio drove around the lot, parked and what looked like a scantily clad pro walked out of the hotel got in and he drove off. Every hallway wreaked of cigarettes and weed. The rooms were filthy and had cigarette burns everywhere then to top it off there were stains on all the bedding.
I paid for a non smoking room but was put in a room that someone have been smoking in they did not charge the bed sheets that was dirty sheets on the bed when I arrived and they steal was on the bed when I left I bought sheets to put on the bed the hotel was overflowing with have prostitutes This was a very bad experience would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the booking agent either
